The Nutrition expert of ‘Theseus’ Rehab Centre will provide a detailed and scientifically supported assessment of dietary intake following an interview of approximately 15-20 minutes. After evaluating the information with the appropriate nutritional software, information on the quality of eating habits will be provided. Additionally personalized instructions and dietary advice will be given according to the individual needs and nutritional characteristics of each person, with a view to health and wellness. Indicative measurements that will be offered: body composition, basic metabolism rhythm measurement, daily energy consumption and others.
